Our residential property inspection is for anyone interested in buying a house or condominium. We’ll inspect the visible and readily accessible areas of the property (including the roof and any crawl spaces) to assess the overall condition and inform you of any safety issues or defective components. Once the inspection is completed, we’ll deliver a detailed and accurate report of our findings within the following 24 hours. Light Commercial Inspection
This inspection is for small to medium-sized commercial buildings. We’ll thoroughly inspect the property’s readily accessible components for any damage, defects, or safety concerns that you should be knowledgeable about before deciding whether or not to move forward with a purchase.
Before you sell your home, we can comprehensively inspect the property to help you facilitate a successful transaction. By gaining a solid understanding of your home’s condition and any defects that are present, you’ll have a chance to make repairs and communicate our findings with prospective buyers. This will help to ensure that trust isn’t violated between buyer and seller when the buyer’s own inspector doesn’t discover anything that wasn’t already disclosed.
New Construction Inspection
This inspection is intended to give new homeowners peace of mind with their home as the build phase is finalized. We’ll arrive prior to the builder’s final walkthrough to perform the inspection, looking for any safety issues, defective materials, or improperly installed systems. With this information, you’ll be able to have the builders resolve the discovered issues before it’s time for your family to move in to the home.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
If your new home came backed by a standard 1-year warranty from the builder, then you should have this inspection completed before the first year is up. We’ll identify any issues with the home’s readily accessible structure or installed systems, giving you a chance to see if necessary repairs are covered by your warranty while it’s still valid.
We offer Re-Inspections for any defective components in a home that were identified in one of our previous inspections. We’ll be happy to return to the property to make sure that any repairs or improvements to the component in question have been completed safely and correctly and that nothing else has changed since our initial inspection.
